“We strive to offer IT solutions tailored to the needs of our clients.” Like most companies, we offer “time and materials” services where we bill our services on an hourly basis. We also offer a “flat rate” or “managed” pricing structure which we feel brings greater value to our clients.
For clients who have only an occasional need for support, our “time and materials” plans may be the best option. We have competitive hourly rates which are billed in quarter (.25) hour increments.

The downside to a “time and materials” arrangement is the more problems you have, the more it costs. In this arrangement, we actually get paid when things break versus paid to keep things running smoothly. Some clients prefer this arrangement, but we think there is a better way.
For clients who have an ongoing need for IT support, we offer what we call “Total Care” plans which include support services for a flat monthly fee. This means that the more problems you have, the more it costs us. So, we are financially motivated to keep things running smoothly. These plans range from remote monitoring and preventive maintenance to full onsite support services.
